Grand Canyon Embroidered Panoramic Hat

This design is inspired by the view from Yaki Point on the South Rim as the sun lowers toward the horizon. From the overlook the canyon opens eastward with layered rock formations receding into the distance and the Colorado River visible far below. As light fades the walls shift from direct sun to shadow and the depth of the canyon becomes more pronounced.

Overhead a California condor moves along the rim riding late day air currents. The species has been reintroduced to the Grand Canyon and is occasionally seen near viewpoints like Yaki Point especially in the evening. The scene reflects a brief moment when light changes, movement slows and the scale of the canyon becomes easier to understand.
